By accessing or using the Databot API (“API”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the API.

  • You must register and receive an API key to access and use the Databot API.

  • You may only use the API for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • You may not use the API to create a competing product or service without prior written consent.

2. Rate Limits

  • We may set and enforce limits on your use of the API (e.g., number of requests per day/hour).

  • Abuse or excessive use may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

  • All data retrieved from the API remains the intellectual property of Databot.

  • You may not resell or redistribute API data without explicit permission.

4. Fees & Billing

  • Certain tiers of API access may require payment. If applicable, pricing and billing terms will be provided separately.

  • Failure to pay may result in loss of access.

5. Termination

  • We reserve the right to revoke or suspend your access to the API at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

6. Modifications

  • Databot may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the API after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The API is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

  • Databot is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the API.
